Vicke Lindstrand KOSTA Glass Woman & Birds Etched Elliptical VASE 10 3/4. This is a beautiful and stunning example of the work of Kosta artist Vicke Lindstrand.

The elliptical vase stands 10 3/4" tall, 7 1/4" wide and 3 deep at the top. On the front is etched image of a woman in a long flowing gown gazing at birds flying above her head. This is a heavy crystal vase, weighing 5.5 lbs. Vicke Lindstrand was a Swedish glass designed glass, textile and ceramic designer, and painter.

He is considered a pioneer of Swedish glass art and was an artist for Kosta from 1950 until 1973. CONDITION of this beautiful piece is excellent. There are no cracks, chips, or flakes to the vase and just light scratches to the bottom.
