Scarce 70s Signed Goran Warff Kosta Boda Royal Art Collection Art Glass Vase. This fabulous bud vase is a wonderful one of a kind piece by esteemed glass artist, Goran Warff. Created in Mid-Century Sweden for Kosta Boda & The Royal Art Collection, this absolutely stunning art glass vase is a perfect example why both Kosta Boda & Warff himself are so highly revered for their iconic modernist pieces. This particular piece is an incredible acid etched raindrop shaped small bottle vase.

Set in cased thick frosted glass, the cool blues and greens so typical of Warff's work glow through the etched surface with an ethereal atmospheric beauty. The dark contrasting lines cutting through the colours are reminiscent of trees silhouetted against the shimmering reflected light in a glacial lake.

A concept so often depicted in Warffs icy nature inspired pieces. Warff himself had the following to say about his art.
