Rare Vintage Kosta Boda Signed Warff Acid Etched Frosted Art Glass Bud Vase #48101. This fantastic Scandinavian vintage bud vase is a fabulous example of renowned glassmaker Goran Warff's coveted designs for Kosta Boda. Both Warff & Kosta Boda are responsible for some of the most iconic art glass of the 20th century and it's easy to see why when viewing this beautiful acid etched bud vase. With its thick cased glass base covered with an all over acid etched design giving it a complete frosted finish, touch of cool violet appearing under the layers giving it an immersive atmospheric feel and its tactile rounded shape and'fits-in-the-palm-of-your-hand' size, make it a wonderfully unique piece by a master of modernist glass.

(Please Note, number is slightly covered by the protective felt pads on the base, though you can lift it to see). 4in tall 4in wide at widest point.

Opening is 2.5in in diameter. Condition is'Used' - Good Condition - Small under the surface white mark, not sure what it is but you cannot feel it on the surface and it seems to be within the layers of glass so could be an inclusion.
