Rare Kosta Boda Goran Warff LAPPLAND Series 12 Obelisk Pillar Art Glass 1960s

Very Rare Kosta Boda "Lappland Series 12 Obelisk Pillar Art Glass". This amazing piece was designed by Ann and Goran Warff for Kosta Boda. The back 2 sides have an uneven black coloring and then they scratched the "pictograph" style images. When viewed from the front it has a slight 3 D effect.

There are a couple chips and I have shown them in the photos. They are on the outer edge. There are also some small lines that appear to be part of the "rough hewn" appearance of an obelisk. These small lines appear to be part of the molding.

If you don't like them you can alway buff them out. They are very simple to do. There is one 1/4 shallow sliver missing along the top edge very close to the very top -- and once again I showed this in the photo.

There is some "crackling/crazing" on the inside along the back wall--again, I do not know if this is part of the design or not. Have shown it in the 6th photo. The bottom is signed "Kosta W -5691".
