After studying architecture and design in Germany and in Stockholm, Wärff became designer at the Pukeberg glassworks from 1959-64, moving to Kosta-Boda from 1964-74 and subsequently working as a freelance designer. Few have such a deep feeling for the glass melt as Göran Wärff who has always shown special interest in the master craftsmens traditional skills in glassblowing and glass cutting.
