Pair Kosta Boda Blue Vases, Backstrom Margarita Series, LE 1500 #320228908

A pair vases designed by Monica Backström in 1989 for Kosta Boda's Margarita Atelier range. The bowls of the vase shows subtle pale blue shading, they stand on a solid deep blue foot. Etched on the underside 320228908 1500 Kosta Boda M Backström Atelier'89.

Pieces in this range are now hard to fine, rarely coming to market. Kosta Boda Atelier pieces are high-end, artistic glass creations that represent the pinnacle of Kosta Boda's glassmaking expertise and artistic vision. These pieces are part of Kosta Boda's Artist Collection, which showcases the work of renowned glass artists and designers. In excellent vintage condition, no issues.

Size: each is about 20 cm high, 9 cm diam, combined weight ±800g. Being hand-crafted, there are slight discrepancies in size.
