This beautiful blue Satellite Kosta Boda vase is in great condition with no chips or cracks and measures approx. 5 3/4" tall by 4 1/4" wide at the top and is signed on the bottom (see photo). Handmade by Bertil Vallien this piece is marked 801033 / 500. Satellite pieces are crafted in a variety of techniques, freehand coloring and decoration, that includes striking silver leaf accents.

A entire layer of end of day type scattered glass has been cameo acid cut back to reveal a frosted midnight blue glass underlayer.
