Authentic rare c1997 sculpture from the Head series by Kosta Boda artist. Please note - this series is substantially larger than the visually similar newer editions.

This sculpture features a head within a head. The exterior layer is blue frosted glass with a polished portion on the back allowing you to view the smaller embedded head. This piece is quite heavy, with a handsome granite base and solid glass sculpture. The base is 6" x 6" x 1.25. The blue glass sculpture is approx 5" x 3 3/4" x 3 1/8.

It weighs 8 pounds 9 ounces. It is in excellent vintage condition, no damage or repairs.

There are interesting internal flaws in the glass sculpture, with air bubbles of various sizes and depths, and minor folds in the glass from manufacture.
