Presenting a fantastic mid 20th century Scandinavian art glass goblet designed by the legendary Erik Hoglund for the quality glass makers Boda (pre Kosta Boda) circa 1955. This quality hand crafted piece has been produced in a thick, rich amber coloured glass. The glass is filled with a multitude of randomly sized air bubbles which add a stunning jewel-like sparkle and a fabulous sense of effervescent movement to the glass. This perfectly proportion piece stands on a wide, stable foot, with a tall thick stem leading to the clean-lined bowl.

Not only visually spectacular with its sleek lines, this piece is also perfectly balanced and a true delight to hold. A top quality example of Mid century Scandinavian design! This fabulous piece has been exceptionally well cared for and presents spectacularly. MARKS: This superb piece is beautifully signed to the base "H 852 / 110".
