EARLY Kosta vase with white and purple vertical stripes by Lindstrand signed

Lovely organically shaped and typically clever design by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta. It's a flowing waisted sghape with attractive offset angled rim. Half the vase has white pinstripes and the other half dark purple pinstripes which run the length of the vase.

Signed to the base Kosta LH1257, L for Lindstrand, H for handmade in the hot glass workshop, and 1257 is a pre 1954 design. Stands 10.5 and weighs 711 grammes. Excellent condition with no damage apparent. FREE P&P in the UK only.
