BIG Signed Kosta Vicke Lindstrand Thoroughbred Horses Etched Glass Vase 10 3/4

Very large at approximately 10 3/4" tall and just under 7" across. Signed Kosta, from before they joined with Boda to become.... Designer Vicke Lindstrand is considered a pioneer of Swedish Art Glass. He designed for Kosta starting in 1950 until his retirement in 1973. This vase is weighty and substantial, and is in lovely vintage condition with some very minor surface scratches primarily on the bottom.

An absolutely beautiful example of both Vicke Lindstrand's work as well as mid-century Swedish art glass in general. I apologize in advance for the reflections on the piece in the photos. It is a sparkling, glossy and very reflective surface to photograph!
