The original stickers are still on the bottom of the stand. This item is a part of my mother's estate.

Beyond what the stickers say and the fact that I've seen it displayed in her home for many years I cannot tell you any more about it. I know it was a highly prized item to her. When I dusted it to take pictures I found a chip that is covered by the steel stand. I never noticed it before.
