Bertil Vallien Boda Atelja Cameo Glass Flower Bowl

Stunning Cameo Glass bowl designed by Bertil Vallien for Boda's'Atelja' range. The floral decoration sand blasted into the interior surface of the bowl, the varied depth of the blasting emphasising the blue and purple shading of the glass to spectacular effect. This example produced before the Boda factory was fully incorporated into Kosta Boda in 1969.

Fully signed underneath'Boda Atelja 4003 B. Great opportunity to acquire a very high quality example of Scandinavian modern art glass that is becoming increasingly scarce.
