A Fantastic Kosta Boda Bird Vase OFFERS WELCOME This vase was designed and signed by renowned artist Ulrica Hydman-Vallien for the Kosta Boda Glass works in Sweden. It is signed in black paint at the back near the base and it also has an etched name, maker and number on the edge of the base, as well as the original stickers. This is an extremely rare and interesting piece, there are no others to be found on sale anywhere online as far as I can see. The vase has a lot of character and is very heavy, due to the thickness of the glass and also it's height. The vase is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. It also still has the original Stickers on it, which read "KOSTA BODA SWEDEN 1742" and another on the underside of the base about it being hand painted and not to machine wash.
